| Q. Is your company fully licensed? A. Yes. We are licensed by Wiltshire County Council and all our cars are fully licensed too. |

| Q.How early do I need to book my vehicle? A. The sooner the better. We are currently taking bookings up to 6 months in advance.
A. Yes you can. Just fill out the booking form and we will send you a confirmation email of your booking within 24hrs. You can also book by phone or text us your booking details.

| Q. Are your prices for individual trips or return journeys? A. All our prices are for individual trips unless otherwise stated. (However the price is based on one pick up address and customers being ready at the allotted time. Multiple pick ups may incur a charge) |

| Q. Do you provide child safety seats? A.Yes we do. We have a range of child safety seats to suit babies and children from birth upwards. |

| Q. What happens at the airport on my return journey? A. The driver will meet you at arrivals. They will have a board with you name on it. If you cannot locate your driver please contact the office on 01373824576. If you are arriving outside normal working office hours you will be given our of hours emergency number. (please note we will not accept bookings on this number) |

| Q. Will you meet us anytime day or night? A. Yes as all our airports are pre-booked we can provide a 24hr service at no extra cost. |

| Q.Can I smoke in the car? A. No. 5 Star Travel operate a strict non smoking policy in all their vehicles in accordance with the law. However if your journey is pre-booked we can arrange for a short break on route to and from the airport. |

| Q. Can I drink or eat in the vehicle? A. Eating in the vehicles is strictly prohibited unless its for medical purposes. 5 Star Travel provide bottled water if requested when booking. This is the only liquid that can be allowed in the vehicle for drinking. (please note any spillages will incur a fowling charge) |

| Q. Do we have to tip the driver? A. Tipping is not essential, however a tip is offered as good appreciation of the service the driver has provided for you. |
Baggage
Customers baggage carried in our vehicles is entirely at the customers own risk. 5 Star Travel do not accept any liability for loss or damage
to any baggage, goods or contents carried in our vehicles.
